Nonlinear Characteristic of Clamp Loosing in Aero-Engine Pipeline System

چکیده
Long service time and excessive vibration of aero-engine will cause failure clamps, which usually fix pipelines on the outside an aero-engine. In this paper, nonlinear characteristics caused by loosening clamps in pipeline are determined. According to real parameters clamp-pipeline test rig, clamp is simplified into a spring-damping. Thus, model based cubic stiffness established. The multi-scale method used obtain analytical solution model. Based data, system identified, then obtained. Finally, using transmissibility method, influence severity

Study on a Pipeline Tension Detection Method for Aero-pipeline Spraying System in Paddy Field
Aero-Pipeline Spraying System is a special ultra-working-width precision pesticide sprayer, which can broaden working scope, improve working efficiency, precisely transfer feed liquid to farm field that need to be sprayed, spray pesticides to crops in a very close range, and then improve working precision and reduce the losses of liquid materials such as pesticides. During the ultra-working-wid...

The VITAL (EnVIronmenTALly Friendly Aero Engines) project funded by the European Commission under its Framework 6 Programme aims to provide significant reductions in fuel burn, emissions and noise through the development of innovative design and manufacturing techniques. One way to reduce the amount of fuel burnt, and hence CO2 produced, is to reduce the weight of the engine. A significant prop...
متن کاملAero-Engine Adaptive Fuzzy Decoupling Control
A new kind of multivariable adaptive fuzzy decoupling controller is present for Aero-engine, which consists of multivariable fuzzy decoupling control and fuzzy model reference learning control. A fuzzy inverse model is used to produce and adjust fuzzy rules online. The simulation results show that this controller is effective.
متن کاملThe Chaotic Prediction for Aero-Engine Performance Parameters Based on Nonlinear PLS Regression
The prediction of the aero-engine performance parameters is very important for aero-engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. In this paper, the chaotic phase space of engine exhaust temperature EGT time series which come from actual air-borne ACARS data is reconstructed through selecting some suitable nearby points. The partial least square PLS based on the cubic spline function or the ...
